主要研究方向

1.利用斑马鱼、小鼠模式生物,结合转基因技术、基因编辑和条件敲除等手段,研究血脑屏障及脑血管相关疾病的遗产分子机制。

2.研究血脑屏障、以及脑血管疾病中的代谢调控(主要是超长链脂肪酸代谢途径)。
